Welcome to Mind Scores ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Mind Scores offers online, educational self-assessments (such as focus, personality and cognitive tests), personalised reports, and access to a self-improvement platform. The content is for general information and self-reflection only and is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. By using the service you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

3. Pricing, billing & subscription

• You pay a one-time introductory fee of $0.59 to unlock your result and full report.
• After that, access to the Mind Scores platform is a recurring subscription of $8.49 per week, charged automatically until you cancel.
• By entering your payment details you authorise these recurring charges. The recurring nature and amount are disclosed at checkout before payment.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by emailing [email protected] or using the cancellation option in the platform. After cancellation you will not be charged again.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, resell it, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our intellectual property. All content, tests and materials are owned by us or our licensors.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
