We want you to be happy with Mind Scores. This policy explains refunds and cancellations.
Introductory charge ($0.59)
The $0.59 introductory fee unlocks your result, full report and platform access immediately. Because it delivers digital content right away, it is generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
Weekly subscription ($8.49/week)
- You can cancel any time to stop future charges — effective at the end of the current billing week.
- If you were charged after cancelling, or believe a charge was made in error, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and refund where appropriate.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to sign up, or use the cancellation option in the platform. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you don't recognise a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Charges appear on your statement as "MIND SCORES".
